"I'm not going to share my title here because it's a senior title and I'm almost positive I'm the only woman who has ever held it here. R/GA talks a lot about diversity but when it comes to promotions, compensation, and culture, it is very backwards. "

"Long hours. No women were promoted in the three years I’ve been there into creative director, executive creative director or leadership executive roles. Zero chance of being a woman and being promoted here. I heard a woman at the top threatened to sue when she was pregnant to get promoted by bob. You will work hard all year and only one year I got a bonus and after taxes it was nothing."
