"R/GA does not provide any flexibility to new mothers. Very difficult to advance in your career as a woman here."

"I'm not going to share my title here because it's a senior title and I'm almost positive I'm the only woman who has ever held it here. R/GA talks a lot about diversity but when it comes to promotions, compensation, and culture, it is very backwards. "
