From my experience the company treated women and men fairly equal in the outsourcing areas. I worked for this company for over 3 years as a contract outsourcing employee supporting one of their major clients. The company offers competitive salaries and work from home but the trade-offs in other areas are great. They don't offer incentives or bonuses for above and beyond work. They don't give performance evaluations, raises and meaningful development training. Health benefits are average. Vacation benefits are below average, EX. 2 weeks vacation. Three weeks vacation is reserved for those that have worked for the company for at least 5 years.

Maybe. The company offers competitive pay but the positions don't offer growth and development. The majority are dead-end positions.
