"The only real benefit of working at this company was the flexibility—it’s great that you can work from home for most days of the week.
Unfortunately, this doesn't make up for the many flaws and workplace toxicity:
Leadership is outdated and ineffective, frequently changing direction with little clarity. Over my 6 years there, I had 5 different managers, which speaks to the lack of consistency and strategic vision.
While the company claims to promote diversity and inclusion, most of the leadership is male, and the few female leaders tend to mirror the same traditional, male-dominated mindset.
Additionally, if you're an expat and don’t speak Dutch, you might find yourself excluded, especially during informal team activities like lunch.
In conclusion, I do not recommend Randstad as an employer. I encourage you to find an employer that truly honors its values and fosters an inclusive culture for women and for all.

"You will be expected to do more than the men who work here. All of my male counterparts were able to get away with not hitting goals whilst I had to work extra hard to prove myself"
