"Flexibility and balance is a product of the boundaries you put in place for yourself and the client you're assigned to. I know a lot of women who are stressed, who don't have time for their families and who feel like no matter what they do their family or their work will suffer but my experience only spans one very high-stress account. "The Los Angeles office is still building its culture and leadership staff, so there is room for improvement for women in leadership roles. As of roday, there aren't any women in the top leadership roles (a VP just left). However, the culture is fair to women, there is a wellness room for new mothers who need to pump, and everyone is understanding of family and personal time."
