"Diversity at Headquarters is significantly more than in the field. Headquarters has quite a few opportunities to advance and get mentorship and support. There is a new Women's Empowerment group that will help you feel supported and find ways to advance your career. "

"RBC has a lot of women in leadership positions, which means that the interests of women (of all types) are well-represented at the executive level. I have the flexibility I need to live my life and do my work and never feel like I'm the only woman in the room."
