"The leadership team at RBC has established a culture of taking care of their colleagues and are aggressively focusing on inclusion and diversity. The resources and tools they provide promote flexibility, work-life-balance and importance of taking care of one another and the community. My direct managers genuinely listen and value my opinions. I am not an employee of RBC Wealth Manager. I am their partner. "

"RBC doesn't just talk about the importance of culture, they put their money where their mouth is. RBC has put policies and benefits in place that show how they value all aspects of employees lives. I was always impressed with RBC but what I have seen this past year has blown me away. Truly a human centered company."
