"Even before the pandemic forced companies to embrace remote work, RBC Wealth Management made working remotely a few days a week possible for me. And none of that flexibility comes at the expense of my growth trajectory at the firm. As a busy, single mom I've never felt more supported in my career. "

"While there is always room for improvement to support and foster gender equity and diversity representation, RBC WM is a place that strives to do better everyday. I've experienced amazing support from leaders and colleagues across the organization. And there is a genuine desire and effort made toward continually growing in how we build and support a more inclusive workforce."
