"RBI gives you a ton of responsibility and leadership. If you're the kind of person who loves embracing that ownership, and you thrive in a fast-paced culture with high-impact tangible outputs, could be the perfect place for you. Be comfortable with self-ownership and working in some ambiguity - we're very collaborative while solving new problems and embracing bigger and bigger goals, so on occasion are building and adjusting roadmaps as we go. Makes it so that you're part of really driving the direction of the company!"
