"Please be wary of this company. There is little to no interesting engineering challenges. Please don't waste your time. The company isn't making any money. "

"RealSelf is a leader in equality in the workplace. The People Team has worked to make sure female employees are paid at the same level as their male counterparts. Our maternity leave policy is generous and the operations team is inclusive of mother's needs, including a mother's room for nursing moms. "

"This is an intentionally diverse tech company. A majority of the employees are women and the company is very aware of LGBTQ issues (partly because some of our site's users are trans)."
