"I made a major career change and Realtor.com has done nothing but support and foster my growth every step of the way. I have been given the chance for growth every step of the way and guided by an amazing manager. I feel very lucky to work at this amazing company!"

"This is a big company, so depending on which branch you end up in will determine how you are treated as a woman. Hourly employees have very little flexibility and work-life balance is not supported with PTO policies or compensation. If you are salaried, you could interact with men who have been with the company that was acquired, Opcity. These men do not put their people first and some treat women extremely poorly."
