"There are some amazing, supportive women who work here. There is not a "bro culture", and the men I have worked with are very kind, sensitive, and helpful. I would like to see more women in leadership, but I am hopeful that the company is trying to make that happen."

"Team culture is very understanding about life circumstances - you are encouraged to take care of yourself & your family as long as you get your work done. When life happens, your team is ready to step in and help out. Schedules are flexible as long as you are generally consistent on start/end times and attend mandatory meetings (which are few). I would like to see even more flexibility regarding more part-time positions and full-time remote positions which currently are not offered."
