I lead the Platforms & Personalization Engineering organization that accelerates the reliable delivery of initiatives across the product suite. Driving and implementing a “playbook” or paved path that creates significant leverage promoting consistency of architecture and tools across our tech stack. My organization includes Data, Content, Machine Learning & AI, Search and discovery, and our developer platform.
Technology is constantly evolving so being able to solve complex problems across the business and within the product is extremely rewarding. Specifically to Realtor.com, I find the “two-sided marketplace” where we help both consumers (e.g. buyers) and customers (e.g. agents) very dynamic. It creates a balancing of interests of both sides that necessitates a customer-centric approach.
Compassionate leader committed to fostering a diverse, accepting workplace. I am driven by curiosity. I have a proven ability to manage a large staff, drive sales, and I’m a customer service fanatic. I am an expert in handling high stress, fast paced situations with poise, grace and discretion. I love working for a dynamic company that challenges me to develop my operational and leadership skills. I pride myself in my professionalism, organization, and my ability to problem solve with data driven solutions. Above all, I own it - holding myself accountable for performance and results while holding my peers and employees to the same level of expectations.
My purpose is to nurture a collaborative and safe culture where we work with integrity, assume the best of each other, hold one another to high standards, and get things done.
Outside of work, I love studying wine, cooking for family, dining out, and traveling. Fitness, yoga and mindfulness are also important parts of my life that help keep me joyful and focused both professionally and personally.

In my current role as Vice President of Technology Operations, I lead the Business Operations, Technical Program Management, and Product Quality organizations which span across all Product Development. I also partner with our Chief Technical Officer as the Chief of Staff, a role which allows me to focus on driving strategy, as well as leading key, cross-company initiatives.
What I enjoy most about my role is that my scope is very broad and spans horizontally across the entire organization. This means that my work varies frequently, ranging from defining the Technology strategy, to driving the Tech organization like a business, to brainstorming how to create more innovation. It allows me to constantly flex across my skill set to leverage different areas of strength and ensures that I always stay in a learning zone.
