"Maternity leave for mothers is 12 weeks, paternity leave for fathers is 9 weeks. Just goes to show the value they appear to put on men... SUPER competitive paternity, woefully-behind-the-rest-of-the-technology-work-maternity."

"Look for alternative forms of employment. Many ideas expressed as strategic objectives (i.e. improving the culture, promoting & listening to women, etc) are simply corporate hypocrisy and politicking at its best. "

"Women frequently conceal their pregnancy from their managers because it often leads to retaliation, poor performance reviews, or other negative behavior directed at those who intend to take maternity leave. Additionally, at other offices in the area, maternity / nursing rooms doubled as video game room for the men."
