"This is a male dominated industry, however the drivers, and other management that I have worked with are open to women bringing different perspectives to the team and they welcome change in leadership. They have acknowledged the many strengths women bring to this industry and are willing to teach women about the industry in order to help them to be successful. Everyone is encouraged to work together, communicate, and learn from each other to ensure safety goals are met and of course the customers are taken care of each day. The culture is welcoming and moral is positive. Feels like family!! "
