"Rice provides 6 or 8 weeks of short term disability (at 80% pay; 6 weeks for vaginal deliveries and 8 weeks for cesareans). Thereafter, it's unpaid , but you can use your PTO to pay for these weeks at 100% of your salary."

"Executive level jobs are mainly men. Support jobs are mainly women. Some parity for academic jobs, but much less for staff jobs."
