"Here at RingCentral, you truly are treated equally. My boss is male, and it never has crossed my mind that he's treated me differently because I am a woman. RingCentral celebrates our differences no matter what they are, and promotes professional growth and awards promotions based on performance and potential.
I am supported, acknowledged, and openly appreciated. I even won one of our Excellence awards! I have not been happier anywhere else."
