"I worked as a contractor for Robert Half, taking on roles at different companies. I was recovering from a toxic work situation in my prior role and needed to rebuild my health and confidence. Taking on short-term projects via RH was perfect for that situation. The RH recruiters have been responsive, trustworthy, and helped negotiate the flexibility I needed in the contract positions. "

"You'll find a ton of female leaders throughout the organization. If you find yourself working for a male directly, ensure you have a direct line to a female leader you trust, just in case. "

"Robert Half is very supportive of the advancement of women, and the company has many females in leadership and executive positions, as well as women who serve on its board of directors. The advancement opportunities are there for you, regardless of who you are, if you work hard and demonstrate potential to be a leader in the organization. "
