"Robert Half allows me as a working mom to have the best of both worlds. I'm able to work and be an engaged parent for my children in their school and after-school activities.
I think it definitely depends on the kind of job you have at the company, along with your supervisor's support, to create a cohesive work-life situation.
My experience, to date, has been nothing but impressive. It's no wonder that the tenure of employees here can be 10-20 years, or more. That's a rarity it seems these days. "
