"Roku's culture is the definition of "autonomous". You are in charge of your own career, your own hours, how you want to work and what you want to focus on. It's empowering for me knowing no one own's my future at the company except for myself.
I would like to see more women hired and promoted into leadership positions, especially outside of non-traditional women-held roles. I think this will only continue to positive impact our culture and the future growth of the company. "

"I did not see my family and friends for a year and had constant headaches due to constant levels of stress and lack of sleep. you will work night and weekends every.single.day. with very little laughter in the office. its a great place to learn from the ground-up but not healthy long term "

"There's an abuse of flexible timeoff FTO, and unfortunately the company does not recognize public holidays thereby making junior employees feel like they need to show up to work including Thanksgiving, Christmas, MLK, etc. It's the opposite of progressive. There's also a a no-work from home culture however senior leadership take liberties in working from home thereby showing a double standard"
