Cisco allows for a flexible work schedule and remote working, although in reality it really depends on your role and manager. They provide support for new baby, adoption, breast feeding, and elder care. However, they have frequent layoffs, which are very stressful

if you do decide to take a position at Cisco, really research the department you will be working in, and make sure they are a stable org. If they are trying to grow or prove their presence in Cisco it is a big risk
