"For the majority of my career at RSM, I was happy. The internal client server teams are never treated or compensated as well as the external client servers, and I don’t agree with that. However, I was always treated with respect and care. "

"Very flexible environment with the ability to work from home, as needed. However, you’re going to work a lot of hours, so no matter what hours you’re working or where, you will work a lot. I worked nearly 3000 hours several years in a row. "

"My most recent manager was terrible! Not supportive, had his own motives and he created a toxic environment on the team. My previous manager was exactly the opposite. Always had my back, extremely supportive and encouraging. "

"As with any public accounting firm, hours and culture are not supportive of a healthy work-life balance. With that being said, this was still a good organization and I felt equally respected and valued as a woman."
