"The company is generally good, and I think many people have good intentions, but the culture is more male-dominated. RWE promotes people with who are charismatic, aggressive, and confident, even if they lack social skills, lose their temper in meetings, and are disorganized. Despite a few years of 'prioritizing' DEI, the executive leadership has little to no results to share on their progress. When a position became open on their board, they searched but were 'unable to find a woman qualified for the position' and hired someone from a recent consulting contract. Despite those issues, there are amazing women in RWE with serious knowledge and skills. It is a good place to learn the ropes of the industry and grow professionally. Teams have budgets to attend conferences, for professional training, tuition reimbursement, and more."
