"As a mother two young kids the flexibility of working hours is important to me. And I get that here. It's refreshing to see male colleagues and leadership also openly talk about their parenting responsibilities (and similarly having to dip out for kids' emergencies once in a while), therefore making it the norm - and not a taboo subject."
