"The company has a goal in place to place more women into executive/leadership roles. The fact that they are aware and put a tangible number in their goals in promising. They treat everyone with respects and have the same expectations for everyone."

"My team at RWE does regular mental health checks each week. They also are interested in if your mental health score (on a scale of 1-5) is personal or professional related. The team is so empathetic and will support you in everything you're doing personally and professionally. "

"Currently there are 12 weeks paid (the first 2 weeks must come out of your PTO bucket) and then you are able to take up to 26 weeks total (an additional 14 weeks after the 12 weeks), where the rate of paid to unpaid varies by state or applies by short term disability benefits. "
