"Whether salary or hourly, job titles and scopes can vary drastically in this company. RWE does a great job of keeping employees up to date and informed about DEI principles and practices. I was recently in a male-dominated position as a wind farm technician, but even we were regularly trained and tested on the company's inclusion policies. I believe holding any position here would be absolutely beneficial for a woman. "

"Our benefits are incredible for women and the women who in leadership positions are incredibly helpful and supportive. In addition to this, I have had very good male managers who are understanding and are aware."

18 Weeks Paid | 26 Weeks Unpaid
"You can receive 12 weeks plus short term disability which is provided to the parent that births the child. This can range from 6-14 weeks depending on the birth. Whatever is not covered by short term disability + 12 weeks for all parents (less than 26 weeks) is paid 60% of income through FLMA (I may have explained this wrong). "

"I think RWECE does a great job in maintaining work-life balance for its employees and has great benefits that everyone can take advantage of (nice 401k match, flexible work locations, tuition reimbursement to name a few)."
