"After 1-year of service, we are offered 12 weeks of job protected leave, the first two are not paid, and you must use PTO during that waiting period or take it unpaid. The 10 weeks after are fully paid. Weeks 13-26 are partially paid if there is a need to be out longer than the 12 weeks allotted."
