"Santander is a rewarding place to work for those who drive their own career and take opportunities for exposure (of which there are many). Santander is a dynamic organization that is driving innovation globally around financial services and there is massive opportunity to come in, and make room for yourself within the organization. The company in the last five years or so has really focused on DE&I and there are a ton of great benefits, Business Groups, and development opportunities for women. The hybrid environment also allows for flexibility for our professionals to get that exposure while in the office, yet have that work life balance to meet their needs of their home life. "

"Management wants to see growth and provides lots of opportunities for folks to show they are ready for more. This is a culture of prove before you are rewarded, but if you are able to do your job well, take on more responsibility, and continue to develop, you can excel. I’ve found management very supportive of the true desire of team members to grow. "

"Santander Bank not only looks to hire the most qualified candidate who has the potential to exceed in the job but it gives internal employees the opportunity to be promoted from within. "Be prepared to work a LOT. If involved in technology at all, there is very likely to be pressure to deliver on time vs product quality "
