"The organization is very supportive in the development of it's employees. It has made it a priority to offer opportunities to gain a variety of new experience, flexibility for work / life balance as well building a sense of community throughout their employee network groups. The recognition and promotion of women continues to increase. My personal opinion is that there is still work that needs to be done to to address the pay gap between genders. "
