"Your safety is taken very seriously, HR does not mess around with sexual harassment or any other kind of harassment, which makes a safe working environment for all. Pay is equal per position and ability to preform, it doesn't matter your gender. Women are looked at as equal and we have many female leaders to look up to. Santander is an awesome place for women and men to grow in leadership or their career. "

"I have not regretted coming to work for Santander. My direct manager is great and I enjoy the work I do. Things move quite slowly here and there is a definite hierarchy. Senior leadership can be authoritative and management with teams are order takers not decision makers. It feels like the company at some levels recognizes this. I look forward to some positive changes in the future."
