"Santander offers many great benefits and a positive work culture. There seems to be a lot of flexibility with schedules and the ability to occasionally work from home, which makes life easier in terms of tending to appointments or special family events. One note I will add is that flexibility is largely discretionary and can be up to management, which can create some gray areas. Nonetheless, if you use as needed versus expecting it, it is nice to have.
