"The benefits for women who are planning to start a family out-weigh compensation for me; the Total Rewards Team have provided competitive benefits and are continuously improving on their Benefits and Wellness Programs. There are patriarchy ways when you work from a service center versus Corporate Offices, however the culture is changing and the CEO/President is very transparent with equal pay and women's rights. There are Employee Resource Groups available that foster strong female leaders and opportunities within the work place are improving. There are more male leaders, however within the last five years we've seen women at the Suite C level."

"Depending on the organization/department, women are mostly treated equal to men. You might come across field personnel who will initially treat you as someone less-than, but once you speak to them and work with them, it usually changes instantly into equal coworkers."
