"This is a great company to work for. The overall culture is great, I align with the company values and the benefits are good. There is room for the company to make changes and the good thing is that I think the leaders are willing to listen."

"It depends on the position, but many of them have flexible hours and some even have work from home options. I prefer being in the office with my colleagues, but that's not for everyone. I like where the company is going to offer choices where it makes sense."
