"There are a lot of really smart women in high level roles at this company, and I don't see differences between men and women, other than qualifications, when it comes to promotions and opportunities."

"Flexibility is extremely inconsistent among business areas. Some jobs aren't conducive to it, but for the ones that are, there's no top down expectation of flexibility and so each areas makes decisions about allowing it independently from each other. So, in moving from one area to another, you may go from having great flexibility to having very little. "

"I think it's improved over the past few years, but when I entered the company 4 months pregnant, they were unclear about the time off I'd receive, and ultimately, they mishandled my time off and I had to come back after only 5 weeks."
