"There are great opportunities in Financial Services especially at Charles Schwab. Although, in some departments more than others it is still dominated by men so you may feel isolated at times. We are actively working on getting more women informed about what we offer and the career possibilities. "

"My pay is not at the same level as my peers. I came into the role low in my range, and have had a hard time moving up the pay scale.
Management says that gender diversity is important to them, but I'm not sure that it flows down to their actions. Actions speak louder than words. "

"This is a great place to work! I've been here over a decade. They've moved me from SF to Denver. I have had three maternity leaves and two sabbaticals. I am looking forward to a third sabbatical. I cannot imagine working anywhere else. I love it here."
