"In my particular role, there's a pretty good amount of day to day flexibility.
I do wish they'd be more progressive about maternity/paternity leave. And it's infuriating when they offer certain benefits to employees only in the state of CA because that state mandates them, but offer less to the rest"

"Women are rare in this industry but I feel like Schwab goes a great job trying to attract more women talent into my role. My manager is very flexible when it comes to needing to be there for my kids - whether they are sick or it's an extracurricular activity I need to attend. The only thing that would make this job better would be if I could work from home a few days/week."
