1.) flexibility
2.) they have women SVPs and above
3.) women go on maternity leave, come back and have rooms for pumping breast milk
4.) they allow to WFH
5.) they do community service at work
6.) the salaries are competitive
7.) they are professional."

"Like many companies, there are varying levels of talent and expectations. If you get to work for a boss (who has the authority and ability to) that enhances, sets realistic expectations, and works on providing the right resources, this company is great. However, it seems that the mantra of do more with less and work 60+ hours a week is the new norm. "
