"The people at Seagate are some of the best I have worked with. I believe base pay is fair and equitable between men and women. I would caution women that "bonus" funds are not equitably divided as this up to manager discretion, but no one should take a job based up "bonuses". I would say some women at Seagate take their management role too "powerful" creating unfairness, favoritism, and hostility within work groups."
