"As the company evolves, we are getting better at recognizing the need for balance; however, policies that support work-life balance are not terribly permissive. That it is up to each employee to negotiate with their manager for flexibility, autonomy and focus on results. "

"There are ways to get involved and meet others, but you do have to put in some effort to get involved such as attending events, reaching out to the networking groups, or striking up a conversation with someone in passing. "

"There are opportunities here to get involved, but you have to take initiative. You can join the Women's Leadership Network and other groups to gain community and get active beyond your day-to-day. This has helped meet others and made collaboration easier."

"Seagate is one of the best companies I have worked for. Their values of Integrity, Innovation, and Inclusion, are fundamental to the company culture. The company has invested heavily in unconscious bias mitigation training which is furthering the Inclusion value by ensuring that everyone's voice is heard. I have always been treated with respect and fairness and have been offered many opportunities to be involved in new and challenging projects. We have an active Women's Leadership Network that is made up of intelligent, professional women who support one another and host incredible events that all employees benefit from. I would highly recommend Seagate to women! "
