"Seagate is making great strides towards improving it's culture of diversity and inclusion. The Women's Leadership Network is a great opportunity to learn and connect with other employees at the site. After working at other companies, I've found Seagate to be the most supportive environment and am thankful for the opportunity. "

"Company is recognizing the ratio difference between male and female leadership roles, which I believe is a good sign. There are lots of opportunities if you come in with an open mind and put in efforts to network. The FLEX Time is great for employees to manage our time better."
