"In a technical role you will likely be a minority though how dramatically depends on the area. You will probably experience mostly fair treatment but you will also probably experience quite a bit of cognitive bias. I have had a handful of more specifically negative experiences with some sexist element but I would say it's not the norm and none are that recent."

"It depends on the department and the management. Women in manufacturing have far less flexibility than women in support roles that are not directly involved with factory employees. Some managers are far more flexible and understanding of work life balance than others, and the attitude is not consistent among all employees who report to each manager."

"Overall I think its a great company to work for, but there are limited women in leadership positions related to research and operations. The company also has a long way to go in creating a true diversity and inclusion program. "

"Despite flexible time off, an old school culture of bias is pervasive. Micro-aggressions occur daily if not hourly. Not many women work here, period. "
