"Seagate is a great company, but it is a very male-dominated industry (in terms of engineering, research and development), in other areas there are more women and the diversity is beneficial."

"There was no maternity leave per se (I had to use a combo of sick, vacation, and disability to try to keep my paycheck whole, and I was only gone 6 wks). Don't know if this has changed more recently."
