"I am currently very happy with my immediate leadership / executive team and am working on a key initiative that could really improve customers' experience with the company. The culture does tend to be a bit of the old school approach and very hierarchical....some groups more so than others. "

"Leadership is mostly white males. Some departments or organizations allow flexible work schedule and some do not. It's not equitable across the company. "
