"Sephora expects more from their employees than they can give their employees. Do not expect to be trained well or enough. This company cares about numbers so much but does not invest in their team members."

"There are constantly changes in internal structure. So much so that even internal rhetoric consistently varies ("Director in Charge" versus "Client Experience Leader"). There is little room for internal growth, and higher ranking employees over scrutinize and instill an overall toxic work environment."
