"The culture of this company appreciates the talents that women offer in the workforce. There is a lot of flexibility and that helps those of us who are working moms. This is the first company I've worked for where I feel my compensation is equal to my male counterparts. "

"simply, it's a great place to work. Work-life balance is very good, benefits and compensation good as well and they also have belonging groups including a Women’s group that's phenomenal. "

"The culture is amazing! Leadership, and particularly leadership in the teams where males are overrepresented (ex, Product), are very vocal about efforts to attract and retain women and people outside of the gender binary. On top of that, work-life balance, compensation, and benefits are all fantastic. And it's easy to see how ServiceNow as a company and as a product are supporting the greater good, whether fighting climate change or supporting wealth building for communities of color. I'd definitely recommend ServiceNow to any woman looking for a supportive workplace to grow in the next phase of her career."
