"Much is being done to support and enable not only women in leadership but a focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging. We still have more to do but it’s great to see the efforts are being made."

"If you want to make work, work better for people, bring your authentic self to work, work hard and feel appreciated and valued for it, look up to strong women leaders as role models, and be supported by a huge community of women in tech, ServiceNow is the place for you. I made the leap in mid-2019, and there's no place I'd rather be. "

"ServiceNow is a great place to work and you will be treated equally. There are a lot of opportunities for a women and you have a lot of scope to grow. If you are looking for an opportunity to expand your career and be treated equally, you should definitely join ServiceNow."

"Some roles are very flexible on location, onsite vs remote. Others are not, so ask questions around this for your role. The company is accommodating to parents and with parental leave, however transitioning back to working after parental leave still needs improvement. "
