"The C-suite and senior leadership values self care and recharging. My team and manager is so supportive of taking time with family and balancing the day however needed, shutting off work at a reasonable hour, and really taking PTO. "

"A lot of work seems have been done around diversity in the workplace. I've in my third week with the organization, but there seems to be a good mix of women in leadership positions unlike my previous employer."
