"It’s overall a great company, and good place to work. Be prepared to work hrs and show your value early on. However, also be ready to uphold boundaries in regards to your personal time and make sure to keep immaculate record of conversations and 1-1s with managers. Finally, take advantage of Prof/ Personal Dev benefits such as Udemy if you want to pick up additional skills."

"There is flexibility in a broader context- taking time off here and there, going on sick leave when necessary, are not an issue. However, there is a lot less flexibility on the day-to-day work.
Processes are rigid, slow to change. Management can often over react and not roll with situations that are easily navigated."
