"ServiceNow is a great place to work for women. It is the most family-friendly company I've ever worked at and offers great flexibility. The culture is very special – everyone I've met enjoys working here and really engages with leadership and colleagues during events, etc. "

"Don't!! The mental exhaustion from dodging stupid policies, practices and petty individuals isn't worth whatever they promise you. Don't believe the 'rapid growth', you can drive your own career - it's not true."

"Great company with some fantastic and inspiring leaders. Requires a lot of mental focus and commitment - long hours are pretty standard and expected.
Described as a 'rocketship' and everyone is working very hard to get that rocket to the moon"

"in the UK, it's 20 weeks paid which is behind market standard. It may be considered 'good' in the US, but 6 months minimum would be good for UK.
It's also very challenging to come straight back to a high pressure job after just 4 months paid time off - I've seen a few people struggle to start.
mother's with older children tend to do better"
