"ServiceNow is known to its internal employees and external candidates for its company culture, and it shows. We have many women leaders in at all levels in the company, so it is really inspiring to see what we are capable of at ServiceNow. We are welcomed to have a voice and lead many initiatives, making ServiceNow a great place to work for all people."

"12 weeks paid parental bonding leave for all parents and all types of leave - whether you are mother or father, gave birth or adopted. If you gave birth, those 12 weeks only start after the 6 to 8 weeks of recovery (also paid).
My parental leave added up to 23 weeks, as I stopped working two weeks before my due date, but delivered 1 week late."
