Company policy of a minimum of 50 hours per week for management is not explained prior accepting position. More likely though, work week is 60 hours plus....although you send in a payroll time sheet confirming 40 hours per week. In my unit sexist comments were the norm.

I've worked here for five years and in a non management position it greatly depends on the bosses whether women are treated well. Management wise there seems to be a bias based on the client. However the company tries to be very women friendly and focused on diversity. The issue is for hourly employees women are not highly considered, and with no paid maternity leave it is sad.
