"It is an organization where you came find opportunity to enhance the community you work in. Compensation cannot be your driving factor when selecting where you work. I don't feel women's issues here are any worse than other organizations. There are pockets of discrimination."

"the pay is small. the guys in the kitchen get most of the credit. the people out front get almost no praise. we work just as hard as they do and we have to deal with customers"
